Most use this for a name, but sometimes also for short messages. Choice of text on the "side" (exterior of bowls or plates, or worked into the design on drinking vessels) or "bottom" of the piece.

Mostly for our Scadian customers, choose this to have us work emblem(s) of SCA peerages (or other awards) into the design on a piece of pottery: pelicans, knight's chains, laurel wreaths, trios of crossed rapiers, roses, strawberry leaves, etc. If you wish to consult on your piece(s), please contact us.
